Dear Carol,
I really enjoyed Tuesday’s teaching, although I do miss the live fellowship. When you ask for prayer requests, I’m never there to jump in; so I thought I should write in at your email.

What I would like; is prayer for my youngest daughter and I who are starting the Daniel fast for 21 days on Saturday. My youngest has been going through (some) issues the past year and has only recently started warming up to the idea of God and Jesus being real in the past couple of months. She has seen how fasting helped strengthen me and answer my prayers during the last few years and she actually recommended that we do a fast together; to make her spiritually stronger; to deal with what she is fighting with. I have explained to her that we need to pray as well; (something she is uncomfortable doing but has agreed to) and read scriptures. I have prayed to God about this as I don’t want her to misunderstand exactly what fasting is and I feel it’s OK to go ahead with it.
I absolutely know that God is going to make sure that my girls are saved in the end as I can see him already working on them and his plans are perfect. However, I would like prayer for breakthrough for my daughter; that she may come to a deeper understanding of God through this and realize that she is in a spiritual battle and must rely on His strength. Please pray that I may be enlightened as to how exactly to go about this and how to deal with any difficulties that may arise. I know how powerful prayer is and how much more so when it comes from effective prayer warriors such as your selves. God bless XXXX
